Good Product, With Two Small Issues

These stones cut fast and are perfectly flat. I have used them to sharpen knives, scissors, and chisels. They work just as well with carbon and stainless steel. Diamond stones are the best choice for stainless steel, in my opinion.

I am an aspiring stringed instrument bow maker and light weight maker and restorer of things from motorcycles to violins. These little plates have made sharpening very easy and reliable. From pick points to marking knives and engravers, these plates stay nice and flat and haven’t needed any maintenance yet.
